Abstract

본 연구과제의 목적은 연구원 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 체계적이고 전문적인 국제협력지원 인프라 구축을 통해 선진연구기관과 글로벌 파트너십을 확대하고 핵심 연구분야 첨단 기술을 보유하고 있는 선진연구기관과 공동연구를 활성화 하고자 함. 또한 개도국 대상 과학 기술 ODA 추진을 통해 연구원의 과학기술 리더십 강화와 대 정부 과학기술 외교 정책에 부응하고자 함

◦ 글로벌 파트너십 확대 및 공동연구 지원 - 슈퍼컴, 정보,융합 및 분석분야 글로벌 선도기관 발굴 및 파트너십 확대 - 핵심분야 첨단 기술 수요조사 및 글로벌 공동연구 지원 - 첨단기술 보유 기관과 정보 및 전문가 교류 협력네트워크 구축

◦ 과학기술 지식확산을 위한 개도국 ODA 프로그램 추진 및 세미나 개최 - 2017 한-베트남 국제세미나 기획 및 개최 - UKC 2017 글로벌 공동연구 세미나 개최 - 한-남아공 ICT 워크숍 참석 및 성과소개 - 한-스페인 공동워크숍 및 기술설명회 참석 - 한-대만 과학기술정보세미나 기획 및 개최 - 2017 KISTI 글로벌 아카데미 기획 및 개최

Ⅳ. The results of research study

○ Increased global partnership and joint R&D

- Concluded MoU with 9 foreign research institutes holding advanced and competitive technologies in consultation with 4 major research division in KISTI - Established partnership with BELISA, a leading research institute in Belarus for national information infrastructure, to work with S&T information and EU 2020 - Concluded MoU with INRIA in France, IOFC in Hongkong, HCMUT in Vietnam, EGMU in Thailand to develop visualization and smart city related technologies utilizing science and technology big data - Concluded MoU with SATI in Vietnam and TRIVAL VISION in U.S. to transfer competitive information analysis service and evaluation for technology value and commercialization - Concluded LoI with MICITT in Costa Rica to set up NTIS pilot system and MoU with HLRS in Germany to develop advanced M/S technology for supporting product design and technology development of SMEs

○ Enforced S&T ODA program for developing countries

- Organized joint workshop, seminar and technical meeting on S&T information, analysis and supercomputing infrastructure with developing countries to positively respond to government policy on ODA and to promote knowledge sharing and and global status of KISTI - Organized 2017 Korea-Vietnam Workshop and joint seminar with VAST of Vietnam to introduce COMPAS and information supporting infrastructure for SMEs by KISTI and supported a company, MISO Tech, co-developer of COMPAS, to obtain government project to develop vietnam version of COMPAS - Organized a seminar for global project at UKC 2017 and participated in 2017 Korea-South Africa Joint Workshop, Korea-Spain Joint Seminar and Technical Meeting, 2017 Korea-Taiwan Information Seminar to promote R&D results and to develop joint collaboration projects
