과학기술정보 요소데이터 서비스 방안 연구

Abstract

○ 필요성 - 정보의 자산가치가 증대하여 국내·외적으로 데이터의 개방·공유가 정부 운영의 핵심 가치로 부상 - 논문, 특허 등 다양한 과학기술정보를 분석하여 연관관계, 인용관계, 영향력, 트렌드 등을 제공하는 시각화 서비스 중심으로 연구가 진행 중이나, 대부분 메타데이터 중심으로 추진되고 있어 진정한 데이터 마이크로화는 미흡한 실정 - 방대한 정보를 담고 있는 원문정보의 마이크로화 및 데이터 개념 확장을 통해 서비스 경쟁력 제고필요 ○ 목적 - 수요조사 및 연구보고서 DB 활용 경진대회를 추진하고 신규 서비스 모델 발굴 - 수요가 높은 요소데이터에 대한 추출 방법 등을 연구하고 연구자 맞춤형 원문정보활용 서비스모델 연구 ○ 연구내용 및 결과 - 연구보고서 DB 활용 경진대회를 통한 신규 서비스 모델 발굴 - 국내외 현황분석 및 요소데이터 유형 정의 - 연구자 맞춤형 서비스를 위한 요소데이터 추출 방법 제안 - 과학기술정보 요소데이터 서비스 모델 제안 ○ 활용계획 - 연구보고서 DB 활용 경진대회를 통해 선정된 신규 서비스 아이템들을 2017년도 주요사업 세부과제(국가R&D 성과물 정보 활용·확산)에 일부 반영 시 연구보고서 활용 촉진 기대

Outcome of the Project ○ Identify data demand and discover new service idea - Demand identification on the research report raw-data through questionnaires - Discover four new service items through the competition on using research report database ○ Analysis of domestic and international situation and definition of element data type - Define concept and type of element data based on survey results - Prepare a plan for subject classification of research report raw-data ○ Study on element data extraction method for the customized service - Case study on element data extraction technique - Proposal of algorithms for extraction of element data (table, figure, bundled paragraph) corresponding to the main subject of research report - Proposal of utilizing deep learning technology ○ Study of data service model on science and technology information element data - Design of element data service model scenario and suggestion of application service
