Abstract

1) 연구개발의 개요, 필요성 및 중요성 - 중소/중견기업을 위한 수요대응형의 수요자 중심의 개인화된 정보지원 필요 - 내부자원을 활용한 통합적 서비스 공급 체계의 혁신이 필요 (2) MyKISTI 개인화 서비스 파일럿 시스템 개발 - KISTI 내외부 정보자원 세분화 및 모듈화를 통해 197개의 KISTI 내외부 정보자원 세부기능을 도출 - MyKISTI 시스템 접속을 통해 해결할 수 있는 Key Problem 113개 및 각각의 Key Problem에 대한 정보자원 조합 구성 완료 - KISTI 내외부 정보자원을 한 화면에 보여주고, 문제해결을 위한 정보자원 사용가이드를 제시해주며, 시스템 사용패턴 분석을 통해 정보자원을 추천해주는 MyKISTI 파일럿 시스템 구축 완료 (3) 활용계획 - 기관 경영성과계획 상의 MyKISTI 구현 - 공공기관의 소비자 인사이트 기반 서비스 컨셉 개발의 대표사례가 될 수 있으며, 타 기관의 벤치마킹 사례 제공

Results of the Project ○ Completion of segmentation, modularization and standardization for 197 detailed features of internal/external information resources ○ Deduction of 113 Key Problems and combination of information resources for each Key Problem ○ Completion of construction of MyKISTI polit system which displays and integrates all the information resources on a single screen, provides a usage guide for information resources, and recommends information resources by analyzing system usage patterns
