- 회원 간 지식교류 342,961회
- 국내외 홍보 100회, 언론보도 13회. 활성화 이벤트 17회 실시
□ 서비스 품질 향상
- 고객 만족도 83,7점, 지속이용의도 88.2점, 추천의도 87.5점(2012년 2월 조사)
- KOSEN 웹사이트 기능 개선 및 신규 서비스 개발(모바일 웹, Who is?, 기술자문,이말저말, 마일리지나눔)

- 녹색 기술 분야 전문 커뮤니티 9개 육성, 오프라인 행사 2회 개최

1. Collecting overseas S&T information and producing analysis reports
▪ Collecting 28,056 overseas S&T information
▪ Collecting 906 research laboratory information, 1,839 VOD lectures, and lecture materials
▪ Collecting 25,790 research support information
▪ Producing 1,762 analysis reports using expert members
2. Administration and activation of scientists and engineers network
▪ totally 92,040 members including 6,822 overseas members
▪ 342,961 knowledge sharing among the KOSEN members
▪ Development of technology consulting service
▪ Having 17 member-participating events
▪ Supporting overseas Korean scientists and engineers association 32 times
▪ Implementing social network service for scientists and engineers
