Abstract

본 연구과제의 목적은 국가 과학기술 전용 클라우드 구축을 위한 연구 커뮤니티 발굴, 이들을 위한 수요 조사 등을 수행하여 사이언스 클라우드의 방향을 설정하고, 연구자 중심의 HPC 클라우드 서비스 활성화를 위한 서비스 플랫폼의 요소 식별 및 전체 구조를 도출하고자 수행되었음 ○ 과학기술 클라우드 기술 현황 분석 - 클라우드 일반적 기술 현황 및 요구 사항 - 과학기술 클라우드 해외 사례 - 과학기술 클라우드 기술 요소 - 클라우드 운영 인프라 구조 및 서비스 ○ 신약발견 연구 커뮤니티 클라우드 서비스 수요 및 서비스 플랫폼 제안 - 신약 발견 커뮤니티를 위한 HPC 기반의 가상 스크리닝 수요 조사 - 의생명 분야의 연구 협력을 위한 플랫폼 기술 분석 - 공개소스 기반의 가상 스크리닝 응용 요소 식별 - 마켓플레이스 모델 기반의 클라우드 서비스 플랫폼 구조 제안 - 신약발견을 위한 HPC 클라우드 구축 로드맵
