III. 연구개발의 내용 및 범위 1. 정보자원종합관리체계 구현 및 활용 ○ 정보자원 정보 현행화 및 확충 - 조직개편에 따른 업무 아키텍처 변경사항을 반영하고, 기존 수립된 아키텍처의 정합성을 제고하며, 보안 강화에 따라 보안아키텍처를 보완하며, 2012년 정보화용역사업의 산출물을 EA에 등록하고, IT자원 정보는 재정비하고 미진한 정보는 확충함 ○ EA 기반 정보자원관리·활용체계 정착 - 정보자원종합관리시스템에서 MIS의 자원정보가 정확하게 조회되도록 연계하며, 홈페이지 정보를 조회할 수 있도록 하고, 정보자원 통계기능을 강화하여 정책 자료로 활용하며, 정보자원 개인책임제와 정보자원 유지보수시스템을 구축함 ○ KISTI 3개년 정보화계획 수립 - 원내 정보화계획을 종합적으로 반영한 기관 차원의 3개년(2012~2014) 정보화종합계획을 수립함 2. 정보보안 통합체제 구축 및 보안관리 강화 ○ 원내 정보통신망 보안사고 예방 및 연구․환경 지원을 위한 네트워크 보안성 강화 - 사이버보안센터 보안업무 프로세스를 활용하여 증적을 관리 및 정보보안평가 관리 시스템을 구축 - 각종 보안 및 네트워크 장비 로그의 실시간 통합 위협 분석 ○ 업무용PC 개인정보의 노출 및 유출 예방에 대한 보호 체제 기반 마련 - 업무용 PC에 상존하는 개인정보를 삭제하고 실시간으로 탐지 및 현황파악 3. 그린&스마트 업무환경 구축 ○ 그린&스마트 국내외 환경분석 - 그린&스마트 관련 국내․외 정책동향 및 기술동향에 관한 조사․분석과 유사기관을 중심으로 그린&스마트 관련 사업 추진현황 및 선진사례 분석을 통한 시사점 도출 ○ KISTI의 그린&스마트 환경분석 및 진단 - 원내 정보화 현황분석 및 진단을 위하여 수행한 현업부서 인터뷰, 원내 그린&스마트 관련 업무추진 현황 및 정보화 자료 분석, 관련 규정․지침 분석, 그리고 EA 메타정보 분석 등을 통한 시사점 도출 ○ 그린&스마트 중장기 정보화 전략 수립 - 개선과제에 따른 목표 방향성 정립, 중장기 전략 수립에 따른 이행과제 도출, 우선순위 평가를 통한 중점 이행과제 및 실행전략 도출, 중점 이행과제별 예상 소요비용 산정, 이행과제 중장기 로드맵 수립 4. 정보서비스 시스템 구축 및 운영 ○ 현재 시스템의 안정적 운영 경험을 바탕으로 KISTI 환경에 적합한 차세대클라우드 컴퓨팅시스템 설계 및 구축 추진 - 1단계 Private Cloud 시스템 구축을 완성하여 원내 중요 정보서비스의 수용성, 안정성 강화 - 2단계 Public Cloud로 발전시켜 중소공공기관 및 연구소 대상 통합 센터로 기능 확장

Ⅲ. Content and scope of the study 1. Comprehensive Information Resources Management System implementation and utilization ○ Expansion and modernization architecture of information resources & information system - For the reflect of organizational restructuring to change business architecture, and improving the accuracy of the established architecture, to reenforce security architecture based on the complementary security, to register EA information of '12 IT services business. ○ EA-based information resource management and utilization system to settle - Information resources in the MIS to be viewed correctly in the information resources management system, it can view website information, it enhances statistic information as the policy data, it develops information resources system of personal responsibility and information resources maintenance system. ○ KISTI three years of information to plan - KISTI informatization of a three-year plan was developed by a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment analysis. 2. Establishment of integrated information security and reinforcement of information security ○ Protection of information security accidents in KISTI's internal network and reinforcement of network security - Management of information security process and its trace - Construction of information security evaluation system - Real time analysis of information network threat ○ Establishment of personal information protection infrastructure - Erasing personal information of work PC - Detection of personal information on work PC 3. Research for Green & Smart Work Environment ○ Analysis of domestic and foreign Green&Smart IT - Drawing implications of research on Green&Smart-related domestic and foreign policy and technology trends. - Drawing implications of research on current status of Green&Smart IT business focused on relevant institutions and best practices ○ Analysis and Diagnosing for Green&Smart IT of KISTI - Drawing implications from interviews with current employees to analyse and diagnose the current status of IT, from analysis of current status of business and documents in regard to Green&Smart IT, from analysis of regulations and guidelines in regard to Green&Smart IT, and from analysis of EA meta data. ○ Establishing long-term Strategy for Green&Smart IT - Establishing goals according to improvement tasks, tasks from long-term strategies, tasks and strategies from the evaluation of the priority, expected cost, estimation of high priority and Road Map. 4. Construction and operation of information service system ○ Design and implementation of next generation cloud computing system based on the experiences of operation of current systems - 1st step: completion of private cloud system construction for internal service - 2nd step: extension of public cloud system for other institutions
