본 연구 과제의 목적은 국내 연구자 및 기업들의 연구개발 선진화 및 글로벌 기술 경쟁력 제고 지원을 위한 ‘기술 기회(TO: Technology Opportunity)' 계량 분석 모델, 대용량 지식 추출${\cdot}$융합 기술 및 이들을 통합한 시맨틱 기술 기반의 ’기술 기회 발굴(TOD; Technology Opportunity Discovery)' 체제를 구축하는 것임. 이를 위해, 본 연구 과제는 당해년도에 다음과 같이 수행되었음.
○ TOD 패턴 분석 및 모델 개발

- Scientometrics/Open Innovation 기반 TOD 모델 개발
○ TOD를 위한 문헌분석기술 개발
- 기술 개체 추출 및 활용 기반 관리 체제 개발
