- 연구 연가 및 장기 기술 훈련을 수행한 연구원을 대상으로 과제 수행
○ Pioneer 과제
- 2010년도 신입 수습직원을 대상으로 과제 수행
○ 기대 성과
- 창의적이고 도전적인 연구분위기 조성, 연구활력의 지속적 유인으로 국가 및 KISTI 미래의 전략적 대응력 강화 및 글로벌 경쟁력 지속 확보
- 과학기술 지식정보 관련 정책/제도 수립에 대한 적절성 및 실효성 제고를 통해 KISTI의 역할 수행방향의 명확화 및 연구사업 추진의 체계화에 기여

- 차년도 KISTI 주요 사업 및 모험창의 연구사업의 주요 아이템으로 추진할 수 있는 정책 수립 및 사업 추진의 기초자료로 활용
