Abstract

○ 사업 진도율 및 성과 달성도 등 일정계획에 따라 순조롭게 수행되었으며, 목표대비 97.6% 달성 ○ 국가 R&D 연계활용체제 구축 - 연구보고서 DB 구축 ※ 연구보고서 수집 및 DB화를 촉진하고자 "국가연구개발사업 관리 등에 관한 규정"에 준하도록 각 부처 관련 법령 개선을 위해 교육과학기술부의 협조를 얻어 범부처 실무자(과장) 협의 안건으로 진행중 * NRF의 연구보고서 2008년 발생분 전량 입수 예정이고, KEIT의 연구보고서 초록집 및 목록 정보 확보를 위해 지속적으로 협의중 - 여성인력정보 최신성유지 및 신규DB 구축 : 최신성 유지 목표건수 2300건, 신규DB 목표건수 100건 달성 - 연구 원시 데이터는 심리·생리, 음성·음향 수집계획에 따라 심리·생리(시각, 청각, 후각, 촉각, 복합 감각 2,970건), 음성·음향 데이터 1,480건 DB구축 ○ NTIS-dBrain 연계활용을 위한 성과평가 제도 및 절차 개선방안 도출, 성과평가 및 예산관리 연계 프레임워크 개발관련 연구 보고서 1편 발간 및 성과평가-예산 연계 활용 지원을 위한 프로토타입 개발 ○ 국가 R&D 고부가가치 정보 서비스 및 연계통합 지원 정보인프라 구축 - 효율적 국가R&D 정보 공동활용 및 상호 운용성 지원을 위한 정보 인프라 개발: ISO11179 표준 기반 341개 범부처공동활용정보 데이터 요소 표준 및 메타데이터 레지스트리 구축(http://mdr.yeskisti.net/NARDIIS/) - R&D정보이용자의 정보 탐색 효율성 제고 - 통계기반 네트워크 분석을 통한 지식지도 및 개념구조 기반 국가R&D 지식지도를 국가현안 중심으로 개발하여 NTIS 기술산업정보서비스에 시범적으로 반영
