Abstract

본 연구 과제의 목적은 과학기술분야 정보서비스에 필요한 모든 데이터를 체계적으로 수집, 구축, 운영의 정보기반 구축사업임. 이를 위해 본 연구 과제는 당해연도에 다음과 같이 수행함 ○ 수요자 기반 국내외 핵심학술정보 수집·연계 ○ 국내외 정보자원 협력망 통합 운영 - 국가 전자저널 컨소시엄(KESLI) 운영 - 학회정보화 지원을 위한 협력망 운영 ○ 과학기술분야 학술콘텐트 DB 구축 - 국내 고유 학술정보 종합 DB 꾸축 - 국외 학술정보 메타DB 구축 및 학술지 종합목록 구축 ○ 사실 콘텐트 DB 구축 - 국내외 특허 DB 구축 - 인체정보, 무기결정구조 콘텐트 DB 구축 ○ 정보시스템 운영 및 안정화

○ Development of core information resources based on collaborative system and construction consortium-based joint utilizing system - Development of domestic and overseas core information resources based on demand - Management of KESLI consortium - Expansion and management of domestic scholar societies/associations network ○ Construction of integrated domestic scholarly information DB in S&T field - Construction of domestic S&T journal, meeting materials, metadata and full text DB - Construction of metadata on association information and full text DB - Construction and provision of KSCI ○ Construction of overseas scholarly information metadata and bibliographic record DB - Construction of integrated bibliographic record including journal title information, digital information, TOC, volume, number, holding information, license and (SCI, KCI or SCOPUS) listed information ○ Construction of Factual Content DB - Construction of Korean, USA, Japanese, European and international patent DB and linking patent with full-text - Construction of inorganic crystal structure DB and 'Visible Korean Human Data Content' ○ Stabilization and advancement of information system - 24-hour based managing and monitoring information system and service - Prototype development of remote disaster-recovery center
