○ 가상세포 응용 시스템 구축
- 가상세포 반응네트워크 전산모사기술 개발
- 오믹스 정보 통합 플랫폼(Bioworks) 기반 가상세포응용시스템 프로토타입 개발
- 가상세포 응용시스템 활용 분석 기술 개발
○ e-HEP(고에너지물리) 활용연구
- 페르미연구소 CDF 실험 수행, KEK Belle/Belle-II 실험 연구
- Belle-II Data Handling 기술개발
○ 첨단 가시화 인프라 구축 및 기술지원
- 가상현실기반 대용량 시뮬레이션 제어 및 가시화 어플리케이션(GLOVE) 개발
- 영상/콘텐츠, 제품 디자인 등 가시화 인프라 수요기관에 대한 기술지원

◆ Developing analysis methods using the Virtual cell system
□ To construct visualization infrastructure and provide visualization service with the public
◆ To develop real-time manipulation & visualization techniques capable of handling large-scale simulation dataset
◆ Support of domestic industries that require high-end visualization infrastructure (film industry, product design, etc)
