EA 기반 정보자원관리체계 구축

Abstract

본 연구는 산발적 정보화 추진 및 정보자원의 도입에 따른 자원배분의 비효율성 문제를 해소하기 위해서는 중복성, 효율성 검토 등을 지원하는 EA기반 정보자원 관리ㆍ활용체제를 구축하여 정보자원의 배분ㆍ운영의 효율화 및 정보자원 활용의 극대화와 기관 미션, 비전에 따른 전략, 정책의 유기적인 연관성을 확립한 성과중심의 책임경영체제를 보다 효율적으로 운영 할 수 있도록 지원하는 성과관리 정보화를 위해 다음과 같이 수행하였음. 1. EA 기반의 정보자원 관리·활용체제 구축 - 정보유통 및 정보분석 EA확대구축을 통한 전사 EA확대 활용 기반 마련 - EA기반의 IT자원관리시스템 구축 - IT관리체계 고도화 및 상세화, EAMS기능 고도화 2. 성과관리·활용 체제 구축 - 책임경영을 지원하는 전략경영정보화 구현 - KISTI 실시간 서비스 안내 체제 구축 - 대표홈페이지 웹접근성 개선 3. KISTI 원내 정보보안 관리체계 구축 - 정보보안 관리 수준 향상을 통한 대내·외적인 기관 신뢰도 향상 및 위상 제고 - 정보보안지침 제정 및 개인정보보호방침 제개정을 통한 제도적 지원 체계 강화 - 정보보안 인프라 구축 및 운영 관리를 통한 물리적, 기술적, 관리적 정보보안 환경 구축 - 사이버 보안 진단의 날 시행, 침해사고 대응 및 사고처리 지원 등 체계적인 지원 체계 구축 - 보안서버, 개인정보 필터, I-PIN 도입 및 운영을 통한 개인정보보호 역량 강화 - 주기적인 정보보안 교육을 통한 보안의식 제고
