Abstract

본 연구는 수요자 중심의 다양한 니즈에 신속하게 대응하고 인터넷 환경에서의 새로운 정보기술을 활용한 서비스를 적극 개발하고, 이를 기반으로 고객지향 서비스 구현을 위한 국가과학기술 지식정보 포털서비스체제를 구축하여 수요자 중심의 과학기술정보 포털체제 구축 및 정보서비스를 제공하고자 다음과 같이 수행하였음. 1. 정보화 전략 수립 및 지원 - KISTI ITA 도입계획 수립 - ITA 및 거버넌스 체계 도입을 위한 사전 조사 - BSC 컨설팅에 의한 팀 단위 KPI 도출 - BSC 기반의 전략경영시스템 개발 2. 과학기술정보 포털서비스 개발 및 운영 - yesKISTI 및 대표홈페이지 기능개선 - NDSL 해외학술정보 및 종합목록 통합 및 연계 - 국가과학기술참조링크센터 모델링 - RSS기반 맞춤정보 서비스 확대 - KISTI 과학향기 서비스 개발 및 운영 3. 정보유통시스템 운영 및 지원 - 안정적인 과학기술정보유통시스템 구축 및 운영 - 원내 연구지원자원 유지관리 4. 연구개발지식관리체제구축 - 전자협약시스템 구현 및 신규보급에 적용, - 과제 접수 시 과제 중복을 체크할 수 있는 알고리즘 구현 - 개인정보보호를 위한 연구관리지원시스템 URL에 대한 보안시스템 적용 5. 정보유통 활성화를 위한 정보품질시스템 기반구축 - 정보유통 부문 품질관리시스템(KQMS) 보완 - 정보유통 부문을 위한 업무 분석 및 프로세스 설계(54개 프로세스)
