본 연구는 "전자정보 연계 활용 기술 개발“사업을 통해 KISTI와 국내외의 디지털 정보 자원 보유 조직 사이에서 상호 필요로 하는 전자 원문 데이터가 자유롭게 공유․유통되는 환경을 조성하고, 이용자들이 과학기술정보 원문 자료를 획득하기 원할 때, 그것이 지구상의 어느 곳에서 어떠한 조건으로 제공되는지에 관계없이 필요한 자료를 얻을 수 있는 환경의 구축을 목적으로 한다.
This study aims at creating an environment for KISTI and other institutes with Digital Information to freely share their Digital Information and provide the service to users from all around the world regardless of their location or condition.
