과학기술정보 표준화 연구

Abstract

*메타데이터 정보관리체제 구축 및 표준화: XML 에 기반한 정보유통에 대비한 KISTI 과학기술정보(연구보고서, 학술지 , 회의자료, 학위논문, 단행본) 의 메타데이터를 표준화 하였다. 또한 이를 작년에 개발된 메타데이터 표준화 관리시스템(MDR) 에 적재하여 KISTI 내에서 메타데이터를 표준화 하는 데 사용하도록 하는 체제를 구축하였다. 토픽맵(Topic Maps) 를 이용한 과학기술정보의 의미기반 공유 모델을 제안하였다. *과학기술정보 표준화 체제 확산: 과학기술정보표준화위원회를 통해서 6건의 표준을 추가로 제개정하여 발표회를 가졌고, 신성장동력 R&D 표준화관련 정책 세미나를 개최하였다. 그밖에 TTA PG406, SC32 등 국내외 표준화위원회 참여를 통한 국가단위 표준화 추진에 참여하였다. 표준화 홈페이지(i표준화밸리)를 개편하였고, 뉴스레터를 12회 발간하였다. *정보 처리 기술 및 유통 체제 조사 연구: 국내외 과학기술정보 서비스기관 및 표준화 동향 조사 연구하였으며, 과학기술정보화촉진시행계획과KISTI DB 백서를 개정하였다. *정보서비스 품질 개선 환경 최적화: ISO 9001 품질 경영 시스템을 정상적으로 운영하여 2회의 사후인증심사를 정상적으로 갱신하였고, KISTI 서비스 모니터링 시스템과 연계한 온라인 ISO 품질경영 문서관리 시스템을 정상적으로 구축하였다.

*Establishing a management structure of metadata standardization : - Construction of STI metadata standardization system which uses metadata registry(MDR). - Metadata standardization and XML-based schema management of KISTI's STI. - Research on semantic interoperability model of STI.

*Nationwide defusing the STI standardization system : - Operating the Science and Technology Information Standardization Committee(STISC), and hosting seminars. - Developing drafts of standards related to STI. - Activities in standardization organizations including TTA PG 406, JTC1/SC32, etc.

*Investigation on STI service systems or organizations : - Analyzing domestic and overseas STI service organizations, and their standardization activities.

*Optimizing quality improvement condition of information service : - Operating and maintaining ISO 9001:2000-based quality management system. - Construction of a business portal linked to KISTI service monitoring system.
