정보통신 분야 웹 디렉토리 DB 구축

Abstract

최근 정보통신 산업이 국내 기술시장을 주도함에 따라 기술의 신속한 제품화 및 시장 확보를 위하여 정보통신 분야 기술동향, 시장동향 및 정책동향에 관한 정보 수요가 날로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 미래의 기술, 시장 동향을 예측한 정보는 매우 고가일 뿐만 아니라 소수 이용자의 독점 이용으로 정보 공유효과가 미미하며 , 따라서 일반적으로 이용자들이 정보 입수에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 인터넷에 산재해 있는 정보통신 분야의 기술, 시장, 정책동향 정보를 수집하여 웹 디렉토리 DB 를 구축하고, 수집된 정보를 국내 정보통신 분야 관련자에게 제공함으로써 정보의 빈부 격차를 해소시키고, 합리적인 정책수립을 지원하며, 나아가 국내 정보통신 분야 산업 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신 일반 분야와 차세대 성장동력 위주의 세부 주제분야로 나누어 웹 문서를 분류하였으며, 그 결과 4,236 건의 웹 디렉토리 DB 를 구축하였다.

In this project, web documents scattered on the world internet sites were gathered by SWING software and these documents were selected and registered at the local web directory DB. Our web directory classification scheme were made by reflecting 9 hot issue IT R&D topics. The first collection target was newsletters and magazines published by MIC related institutes. From those publications we selected documents including trends information about IT technology/ market/policy. And the second collection target was web documents scattered on the worldwide internet sites.
