NTIS 구축사업의 기본계획에 따른 정보기술아키텍처(ITA) 구축사업

Abstract

21세기 지식기반사회에서 양질의 과학기술 지식의 창출, 확산 및 활용의 촉진이 국가혁신의 핵심과제로 부상함에 따라 국가 과학기술의 혁신 활동을 효과적으로 지원하고 국가R&D의 투자 효율을 제고할 수 있는 시스템에 대한 요구가 도출되었고 과학기술혁신본부는 이러한 필요성에 따라 NTIS 구축 사업을 계획하고 2005년 해당 시스템에 대한 ISP를 진행하였다. 그러나 ISP 결과를 실제 시스템 구축에 활용하기 위하여 보다 체계적이고 상세화된 계획 수립과 관리의 효율화 방안이 요구되었던바, 금번 사업을 통해 NTIS의 추진전략과 시스템 구축계획을 보다 현실화, 구체화하고 IT 투자 및 관리 효율화를 위한 종합적인 정보화추진 기반마련에 필요한 ITA를 구축하고자 한다.

The first goal of this R&D research is to provide an integrated service plan to back up the national R&D planning and coordination support system, which is the highest objective of NTIS project for the construction of electronic government in the field of science and technology. The other goal is to support the national R&D information policy making and the construction of ITA.<br /><br /> In detail, the definition of To-Be system and integrated system in NTIS is the key objective of this paper. Annual project promotion plan, distinct objective and strategy from 2006 to 2009 is needed to improve the effectiveness of NTIS. Also, the production of objective budget basis for projects conducted between 2006 and 2007 is needed.
