II. 연구개발의 목적 및 중요성 본 연구에서는 연구원 및 연구기관들이 연구개발활동을 수행함에 있어 연구과제관리 프로세스를 효과적으로 관리, 진행, 활용, 평가할 수 있는 연구관리지원시스템을 구축하며 성과관리시스템개발을 위하여 시스템 요구사항 및 아키텍쳐를 설계한다.

IV. 연구개발결과 1) 1개 정부출연(연) 및 4개 21C 프론티어 기술개발 사업단 시스템 신규 보급 2) 기보급된 기관의 연구관리지원시스템 운영지원 및 유지보수 3) 연구원 개인 평가 시스템, 지적재산권관리모듈과 성과정보관리 모듈 신규 개발 4) 출연(연) 연구성과관리시스템 요구사항 분석 및 정부 출연(연)의 연구관리 지원시스템과 성과정보관리시스템 연동을 위한 구조 설계

V. 연구개발의 활용 계획 ○ 연구관리지원시스템 보급 연구회 산하 출연(연) 및 21C 프론티어기술개발사업단에 연차적으로 보급 및 유지 보수를 제공하고, 새로운 환경(제도적, 기술적 환경등)의 변화를 수용할 수 있도록 추가개발 및 시스템 업그레이드를 통해 보급의 효율화를 극대화 ○ 성과정보관리시스템 - 성과정보관리시스템을 위한 요구사항 분석 및 시스템 구조설계를 바탕으로 성과정보관리시스템의 개발 및 운영의 기반을 구축한다. - 연구관리지원시스템이 보급된 기관들에 RIS 에이전트 보급 및 설치하여 성과관리지원시스템과 연동.

Content and scope of the study 1) Research Management Support System Correction&complementation and new Development 2) XML Converter apply to the Research results in 2nd research year 3) Additional supply of Research Management Support System and maintainment & complementation of pre- supplied system 4) Requirement analysis of Research Accomplishment Management System in Government Funded Research Institutes

V. Application schemes ○ Research Management Support System Supply - Provide supply and maintainment & complementation annually to Government Funded Research Institutes and 21C Frontier Project Centers - Maximization of Supply efficiency through additional development and upgrade to accommodate the change of new environment (institutional environment, technical environment) ○ RAIS(Research Accomplishment Information Management System) - Implement of Operation Infrastructure and Development of Accomplishment Information Management System based on the requirement analysis of Accomplishment Information Management System and System Structure Design - RIS Agent supply to Institutes those are supplied Research Management Support System and Interlocking to Research Accomplishment Information System
