철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 구축

Abstract

Ⅰ. 제목 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 구축 Ⅱ. 연구개발의 목적 인터넷의 이용이 증대되면서 인터넷의 각종 정보의 수집을 용이하게 하기 위하여 나타난 것이 검색엔진이다. 인터넷에서 제공되는 대부분의 검색엔진은 모든 분야의 정보를 수집하여 분류하기 때문에 특정분야의 전문검색을 원하는 이용자는 만족할만한 검색결과를 기대하기가 어렵다. 본 연구는 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도관련 기술동향, 각종 통계, 철도 부품정보 등의 웹 문서를 Swing시스템을 이용하여 일정한 분류체계에 따라 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스를 구축하여 철도관련 이용자에게 제공하고자 한다. Ⅲ. 연구개발의 내용 및 범위 본 연구에서는 Swing시스템을 이용하여 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도관련 웹 문서를 데이터베이스화하여 서비스함을 목적으로 하며 당해연도의 연구내용은 다음과 같다. (1) 철도관련 국내외 홈페이지 조사 - 국내의 철도운영기관, 철도부품 생산 기관, 철도관련 연구기관의 홈페이지 조사 - 영어로 철도관련 정보를 제공하는 국외 홈페이지 조사 (2) 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 분류 체계 마련 - KDC(한국십진분류법), DDC(Deway십진분류법)의 철도관련 분야 분류체계 조사 - Yahoo등의 검색엔진의 철도관련 분류 체계 조사 - 한국철도기술연구원에서 마련한 기술분류 체계 조사 - 철도관련 정보이용자가 편리하게 접근할 수 있는 분류체계 마련 (3). 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 구축 Ⅳ. 연구개발결과 본 연구는 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도관련 웹 문서를 Swing시스템을 이용하여 일정한 분류체계에 따라 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스를 구축하여 철도관련 이용자에게 제공함을 목적으로 하며, 당해연도에는 철도관련 국내외 홈페이지를 조사하고, 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 분류체계를 마련하였으며, 3,000여건의 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. Ⅴ. 연구개발의 활용 계획 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스는 인터넷의 사용이 일반화된 오늘날과 같은 사회에서는 유용한 정보원이 될 것으로 예상되며, 향후 이에 대한 계속적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이며, 수행한 연구결과에 대하여 예상되는 기대효과는 다음과 같다. (1) 인터넷에 산재해 있는 철도분야의 정보를 정보이용자의 다양한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 통합된 환경에서 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스 서비스가 가능하다. (2) 철도분야 웹 디렉토리 데이터베이스의 서비스를 통하여 국제적인 철도 기술의 경쟁력 강화에 기여한다. (3) 양질의 철도관련 정보의 신속, 정확한 서비스가 가능하다.

Ⅰ. Title Construction of Web Directory Database in the field of Railway. Ⅱ. Objective of the study With increasing internet use, search engine was emerged to make easy to collect various kinds of information. But it is hard for user searching specific information to be satisfied by result because most search engines collect and classify information from all kinds of fields. This study intend to construct web directory database based on specific classification procedure of railway information such as technology trend, various statistics, and railway parts scattered in internet by using Swing (Science Web Information Nimble Guide) system and provide it to user. Ⅲ. Content and scope of the study The purpose of this study is to construct database of web documents scattered in internet by using Swing(Science Web Information Nimble Guide) system and provide service to user. The contents of study in this year are as following; (1) Research of domestic and abroad web site related to railway - Research in web site of domestic and aboard railway operation organization, railway parts manufacturing organization, and railway research institution - Research of foreign web site providing information related to railway in English (2) Preparation of classification scheme for constructing web directory database in the field of railway - Research in classification scheme related to railway of KDC (Korean Decimal Classification), and DDC (Dewey Decimal Classification) - Research in classification scheme in search engine such as Yahoo - Research of technology classification scheme made by KRRI(Korea Research Railroad Institute ) - Preparation of classification scheme cab be used easily by user searching railway information (3) Construction of web directory database in the field of railway Ⅳ. Result of the study The purpose of this study is to construct web directory database of web documents scattered in internet by using Swing (Science Web Information Nimble Guide) system and to provide service to user related to railway. We researched domestic and abroad web site related to railway, prepared classification scheme for constructing web directory database and constructed about 3,000 web directory databases related to railway. Ⅴ. Application Plan of the study We expect that the web directory database can be useful source of information with consideration of today`s environment that internet use is generalized and study should be accomplished continuously in the future. Expected effects of results on accomplished study are as following; (1) Makes it possible to provide information scattered in internet related to railway under unified circumstance throughout the web directory database service to response in various users` needs. (2) Contributes to enhance international competitiveness of railway technology throughout the web directory database service. (3) Makes it possible to provide high-quality information rapidly and accurately.
