* 연구목표 - 과학기술정보자원에 대한 중장기 구축목표 설정 - 과학기술혁신강화와 국가경쟁력 제고를 위해 해외과학기술정보의 가공 * 연구내용 (1) DB 개발기획 - 과학기술 정보유통 종합 시책수립 지원 - 과학기술 정보 콘텐트 구축 실천 계획 수립 - 과학기술 전문정보센터 육성 및 활성화 방안 연구 (2) 해외과학기술전문정보 DB 구축 - 국내수요도가 높은 해외과학기술정보(영문, 일문)중 국내보유자료 데이터베이스 제작 - KISTI 보유 해외회색문헌의 서지DB 제작 - 분류가공 및 초록 작성 (3) 국내외 산업재산권정보 DB 구축 - 국내외 산업재산권 정보의 도입 및 재가공(서지DB) - KISTI 독자적인 특허정보 DB 구축(특허번호, 출원인 등 표준화) - 국내외 산업재산권 정보의 원문 연계 서비스(원문제공) (4) 해외 과학기술 데이터베이스 도입 - INSPEC, COMPENDEX, FSTA DB 3종의 도입 및 관리
