- Abstract
- (1) 이용자의 정보요구와 이용형태의 측면에서 KRISTAL System의 현재 기능을 종합적으로 분석하고;(2) KRISTAL System의 핵심이 되는 KRISTAL DB와 검색엔진의 품질을 평가하기 위한 구체적인 기준을 개발하고;(3) 개발한 기준에 의거하여, KRISTAL DB의 품질과 DB의 검색과 관련하여 제공되는 서비스의 품질을 분석하여;(4) KRISTAL System, 특히, KRISTAL DB와 검색서비스의 품질을 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.
