dc.description.abstract
It is very simple for users to use HTCondor's Singularity container. HTCondor's built-in Singularity Container was used to perform CPU intensive tasks. To use the test result, the pipeline of HTCondor and Singularity was investigated how much performance degradation occurred. The HTCondorSingularity combination did not cause significant performance degradation when handling CPU intensive jobs. Therefore, we recommend that users use the Singularity feature to handle CPU-intensive jobs in HTCondor.
