dc.description.abstract
With the development of information equipmentand growth of broadband network, the progressof Internet has changed from the network withmodem speed in the past to the high-bandwidth.The essential problem in the use of the network ina variety of fields is to use the network resourceefficiently distributing the limited bandwidth.If congestion occurs in high-bandwidth network,slow rate flow and fast rate flow will experiencea lot of packet loss. When the fast flow occupiesthe current bandwidth, the available bandwidthfor slow flow can be reduced. Therefore, it doesnot use the bandwidth range properly and resultsin the reduction of throughput. If fast flow adjuststhe transmission rate for slow flow, fast flowcannot use the given bandwidth 100%. There aremany ideas for efficient use of the bandwidth ofthe network, the examples of which are as follows.
