We reexamine the right-handed current effects in b to s transitions in nonmanifest left-right models. Using the effective Hamiltonian approach including all possible low-energy operators, we obtain especially the B to K pi decay amplitudes including annihilation contributions, and investigate the right-handed current contributions to CP asymmetries in B to K pi decays.
