Astudyofthesubstructureofjetswithtransversemomentumgreaterthan400GeV=cproducedin
proton-antiprotoncollisionsatacenter-of-massenergyof1.96TeVattheFermilabTevatronColliderand
recordedbytheCDFIIdetectorispresented.Thedistributionsofthejetmass,angularity,andplanarflow
aremeasuredforthefirsttimeinasamplewithanintegratedluminosityof5:95fb1.Theobserved
substructureforhighmassjetsisconsistentwithpredictionsfromperturbativequantumchromodynamics.
