tqÞorpp!tðX!tqÞ,whereqstandsforupquarksanddownquarks.Suchaparticlemayexplainthe
recentanomalousmeasurementsoftop-quarkforward-backwardasymmetry.Ifthelight-flavorquark(q)
isreconstructedasajet(j),thisgivesatþjortþjresonanceinttþjetevents,apreviouslyunexplored
experimentalsignature.Inasampleofeventswithexactlyonelepton,missingtransversemomentumand
atleastfivejets,correspondingtoanintegratedluminosityof8:7fb1collectedbytheCDFIIdetector,
wefindthedatatobeconsistentwiththestandardmodel
