제4차 산업혁명 특화 지식 서비스(4IR Intelligence Service, 4IRIS) 프레임 설계 및 구현 방안 연구

Abstract

○ 4차 산업혁명(4IR, The 4th Industrial Revolution) 시대 국가차원의 과학기술 대응방안 및 정보서비스 핵심의제 도출 － 4차 산업혁명으로 기술차별성 약화, 첨단 제품보다 고객가치 지향, 대량생산에서 주문연계형 맞춤생산으로 급변 등 글로벌 경제산업 트렌드에 적극 대응 필요 － 지식노동(조사, 분석, 의사결정 등)을 대체·보완할 있는 KISTI 고유의 국가차원 ‘4차 산업혁명 특화 지식서비스(4IR Intelligence Service, 4IRIS)’ 필요

○ 과학기술·산업 전략에 대응할 수 KISTI 고유의 국가차원 4IRIS 핵심전략 발굴 － 사물인터넷(IoT), 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅데이터, 사이버물리시스템(CPS) 등으로 대표되는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 등장으로 디지털 경제가 본격화되면서 국가 차원의 새로운 패러다임 변화에 대응방안 모색 - 4차 산업혁명 관련 정보소스의 조사·수집, 정보(콘텐트) 분류 및 가공 방안 조사·분석

○ 4차 산업혁명 대응 KISTI 4IRIS 서비스 모형 수립 － 4차 산업혁명 대응 특화 지식서비스에 대한 수요 대응을 위하여 관련 지식서비스를 위한 프레임의 설계 및 구현 - 4IRIS 대상 설정 및 이용자 분석을 통한 4IRIS 모델 설계 및 프로토타입 개발

Ⅳ. Results

○ Identify global trends of major countries responding to economic and social changes due to the 4IR and analyze major trends in Korea - The 4IR is required to actively respond to global economic industry trends such as weakening technology differentiation, customer value rather than high-tech products, rapid change from mass production to customized production. - The 4IR, represented by Internet of Thing (IoT), Cloud Computing, Big Data and Cyber Physical System (CPS) Seeking countermeasures. - Despite the environmental changes caused by the entry of the 4IR era, it has not been equipped with a specialized knowledge service system to cope with it, and it is necessary to study the design and implementation of frame for 4IR related knowledge service which will increase in demand. ○ Research and development of the 4IR specialized intelligent service model and frame implementation plan - Designed the 4th Industrial Revolution Specialized Knowledge Service (4IRIS) related design, frame derivation and prototype service system - Implemented 4IRIS model frame design, which is a specialized knowledge service that reflects the core technology of the 4IR, in KISTI.
