○ Subject technology for commercialization, STAR-Value technology, is already in the process of commercialization. Improvement of transaction case based Market-approach is in high demand, and this development project`s purpose is to provide premium service to meet the demand.

- Current STAR-Value 5.0 system includes few transaction cases and there are many limits and restrictions for providing useful transactions cases to users due to the small number of cases.

- Another subject technology of the further development needed for commercialization is SW valuation model, that is expected to provide a method for estimation of SW development scale, development costs, development periods. Moreover, through the standardization of SW valuation model, we can develop more advanced version of SW valuation model and its supporting service modules.

○ By developing a global STAR-Value System 5.0 in English, we will be able to provide adequate forms of financial informations, patent informations, and TCT statistics for users abroad and export a framework for technology valuation system and an education program to global users.

- A global technology valuation system including valuation models and supporting information(technology life cycle information, technology transaction cases information, etc.) in English, can provide a standard for framework to meet various needs of users, business models, and environment of technology transfer, and technology export.

○ This development project also include plans for providing valuation model practices (examples) in step by step manner, introducing general contents of valuation approaches and methods, and publishing a system user manual for global users.
