본 연구과제의 목적은 글로벌 R&D 협력 확대 및 개도국 대상 기술이전을 위한 체계적인 지원체계 구축을 통해 해외선진 연구기관과 연구원 핵심 4개 분야간 글로벌 R&D 협력을 발굴하고개도국 대상 과학기술 ODA 사업의 확대를 통한 과학기술 리더십을 강화하고자 함.
○ 글로벌 R&D 과제발굴 및 지원
- 글로벌 파트너십 확대(해외 MoU, MoA, LoI 등)
- 글로벌 공동연구 발굴 및 지원
- 글로벌 아카데미 프로그램 기획 및 추진
- 전문가 교류프로그램 구축 및 협력네트워크 확대
○ 개도국 ODA 과학기술 지식나눔 프로그램 기획 및 추진
- KISTI 글로벌 아카데미 프로그램 기획 및 개최
- 우즈베키스탄 국가혁신포럼 참가 및 COMPAS 소개
- 한-베트남 국제세미나 개최 및 연구성과 소개
- 코스타리카 국가R&D종합정보서비스 지식이전 추진
