이슈 탐지 및 추적을 위한 데이터 링킹 인프라 개발

Abstract

본 연구과제의 목적은 이슈 탐지 및 추적을 위한 데이터 링킹 인프라를 개발을 통해 상시적·능동적 이슈 탐지·추적 시스템의 기반을 마련하는 것임. 이를 위해 본 연구과제는 당해 연도에 다음과 같이 수행하였음. ○ 이슈 탐지를 위한 데이터 링킹 생태계 연구 - 공중 보건 (질병) 관련 데이터 소스 발굴 - 공중 보건 (질병) 관련 이슈 탐지·추적에 활용 가능한 기타 데이터 소스 - 이슈 탐지 및 추적과 관련된 문헌 조사 – 소셜 미디어 데이터 활용 필요성 ○ 이슈 탐지를 위한 링크드 데이터 플랫폼 프로토타입 구현 - 이슈 관련 이해당사자 조사 - 링크드 데이터 플랫폼 데모의 설계 - 링크드 데이터 플랫폼 데모의 구현

Ⅳ. Results of the study □ Research on data linking ecosystem for horizon scanning ○ Discovered several data sources in public health and disease domain ○ Discovered other data sources to be used for detecting and tracking issues in public health and disease domain ○ Surveyed documents on horizon scanning – especially, in the view of usefulness of social media data □ Prototype implementation of a linked data platform for horizon scanning ○ Surveyed various stake-holders related to public health issues ○ Designed linked data platform and its demo ○ Implemented linked data platform prototype and its demo site
