감염병 대응기술 개발을 위한 생명의료 융합과제 기획연구

Abstract

본 연구과제는 연구과제에서 생산된 과학기술 빅데이터의 국가적 공유·활용 체제를 구축하여 과학데이터를 활용한 4세대 R&D를 선도함으로써 과학기술 강국으로의 도약을 위한 기반을 마련하는 것임. 이를 위해, 본 연구과제는 당해 연도에 다음과 같이 수행되었음.

○ 시뮬레이션기반 감염병 대응기술 개발을 위한 사회, 경제 및 기술적 타당성 및 내외부 역량 평가 - 감염병 대응기술에 대한 사회, 과학기술, 경제, 환경 및 정책 관점에서의 수직적 및 수평적 장·단기 영향력 분석 - 질병의 전파매체에 따른 대응전략 수립 및 과제 도출과 질병군별 경제성 분석을 통한 대상 감염병 우선순위 선정 - 감염병 대응분야 개발기술 정의를 위한 기술군별 핵심기술군 도출 및 내외부환경 역량 평가 (SWOT분석 기반의 전략목표 설정)

○ 대내외 전문가 컨소시엄을 통한 관-학-연 협력체계 구축 및 신규 융합연구사업 기획보고서 작성 - 전문가 컨소시엄 중심의 감염병 기술개발 협력 워크샵 개최 - 신규과제 기획을 위한 경쟁자 프로파일링 기법관련 전문가 초청세미나 개최 - 파일럿 연구를 통한 임상데이터 활용방안 설정 - 사회문제 해결을 위한 감염병 대응분야 신규 융복합 사업 기획보고서 작성

Ⅳ. Results of the study ○ Evaluation of the social, economical, and technical feasibility of simulation-based analytical technology against infectious disease, as well as the domestic and foreign competency. - Complete the analysis of the short-term and long-term effectiveness of target technologies in terms of the humanities & social, science & technology, and economy. - Complete the construction of FAST (Function Analysis System Technique) tree for target technology. - Complete to define the multi-step strategies and strategic goals of target project using the SWOT analysis. - Complete the analysis of potential competitors in the target field using the web of science results.

○ Planning the novel convergence project in public health field, and construct the collaborative networks including the government, institute, and university. - Complete to gather and analyze the technical reports collected from the experts in four different categories. - Arrange the KISTI’s policy research forum about the infectious disease issue. - Complete the pilot study of correlation research targeting the Seoul city using the public open data. - Complete to suggest a large-scale novel project funded by National Research Countil of Science & Technology.
