정보분석 플랫폼 구축을 통한 연구개발서비스 활성화

Abstract

본 연구사업은 파일럿 오아시스 플랫폼 개발, 연구개발서비스 정보구축, 플랫폼 고도화 기획 등 세가지 측면에서 추진되었다. 먼저 플랫폼 개발 분야에서는 전년도에 도출된 서비스 시나리오 중에서 예산범위와 효과성을 감안하여 3개의 시나리오와 금년도에 새로 기획한 2가지를 합하여 총 5개의 서비스를 개발하였다. 5개의 서비스는 신사업 포커스, 기술시장동향, 제품다각화 분석, 협력파트너 탐색, 공유마당 등이다. 이러한 서비스가 원활히 제공되기 위해 통합로그인 체제 확대, 개별 정보서비스간의 API 개발 등이 동시에 추진되었다. 연구개발서비스 정보 구축 분야는 기존 정보에서 제공하기 어려운 정보를 본 서비스에서 자체적으로 생산하는 내용인데, 산업환경 분석 84 주제, 유망아이템 200 주제, 글로벌 블로그 메타정보 3,510건, 정보 콘텐츠 다중분류 9,865건을 수행하였다. 이 중에서 산업환경분석과 유망아이템은 PDF로 제공 가능한 분석보고서 형태로 제작되었다. 플랫폼 고도화 기획 분야는 플랫폼 서비스의 고부가가치화를 위해서 추진하는 내용인데 주요 산업별/제품별 시장규모 트렌드 예측에서 총 100건의 시장규모를 예측한 보고서를 제작하였다. 핵심고객의 수요를 모니터링하기 위해 연구개발지원서비스연구회를 총 3회 운영하였다. 고도화 기획의 일환으로 정보분석결과의 지능형 탐색체제를 기획하였고 그 결과는 단행본으로 제작하였다. 또한 아시아 과학기술산업정보 허브 구축의 일환으로 국제학술대회 1회 개최 및 학술지 발간을 관련학회와 공동연구로 추진하였다.

Results of the project ◦ Development of pilot OASIS platform - Development of menu for new business focus : Offer of reports about prospective items, analysis of industrial environments, and prediction of market scale - Development of menu for technology and market trends : Offer of KISTI market report, Global Trends Briefing, ReSEAT analysis report, 500 future technologies, global blog information - Analysis of product diversification : Offer of analysis service for competitors status about opportunity products and reports about diversification analysis case by linking TOD and COMPAS which are the existing KISTI analysis information services - Development and establishment of service for exploring a cooperative partner : Offer of main specialty field and contact information about partners on various classes (report company in Korea R&D Service Industry Association, technology innovation SMEs, consultant of support for SMEs, and so on) cooperating with SMEs - Development of menu for share community : Development of notice, seminar/education, R&D business announcements, let’s together talk talk, new analysis report, family site service - Development of function for linking with other information services in the interior and the exterior of KISTI to support the platform service function - Development of function and service for enlargement of single sign on (SSO) organization : Transfer of TOD service to SSO organization - Development of site function for administrator and worker : Development of input/edit functions for external input worker, control of restrictions for administrator, and function of statistical calculation ◦ Establishment of information about research and development service - Production of reports about analysis of industrial environments and prospective items : 84 reports about analysis of industrial environments and 200 reports about prospective items - Collection of meta-information from global blog : About 3,510 global blogs - Multi-classification of information contents : Addition of six kinds of classification (standard industrial classification, promising new technologies 6T classification, MiriAn future technology classification, item classification (HS), theme classification, cooperative patent classification (CPC)) to 9,865 articles in Global Trends Briefing.
