Abstract

○ 미래대응 연구사업 전략 연구 - 선도형 R&D체계로의 전환 및 대형 질적성과 창출을 위한 연구사업 평가/기획체계 연구 - 기관 성과 공유․확산 활성화를 위한 고객만족도 관리체계 연구 - 과학기술 전문가 네트워크 운영을 통한 기관 발전방향 수립 지원 - 경영성과계획 기관평가 포함 체계적인 대외대응 체제 구축 ○ 미래대응 과학기술 정보 정책 연구 - 과학기술 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 정책 및 대응전략 연구 - 현업부서 수요기반의 과학기술 정책연구 수행 - 미래대형과제 발굴을 위한 현업부서 연구수행에 정책측면에서 지원 - 기관의 중기장기 발전전략 및 발전로드맵 수립 ○ KISTI형 성과확산체계 정립 - 연구개발 기획 단계에서 사업화 수요를 반영하는 성과창출기반 확립 - KISTI 성과확산상황판 및 연구성과발표회 등 전주기 성과확산 체계 구축 - 특허·논문·공공서비스 등 성과확산 관리 시스템 구축 운영

Ⅳ. Results of the research ○ Development of strategies for future response and research projects - Carrying out the study on research project evaluation and planning system for creating large qualitative achievement - Planning related organizations' policies and discovering programs to respond and support the government's 3.0 Policy in terms of new government operation paradigm - Design of the National R&D efficiency plan using the computational science Supporting to make plan of big new projects - The study on customer satisfaction management system for sharing and spreading of the KISTI outcome - Management system development of business performance objectives based on MBO - Searching for an effective development plan through the development of an internal and external science technology expert network ○ Establishment of the research system for future science and technology information policies - Establishment of KISTI medium-term strategic plan(2020) connected with the KISTI management performance plan(’14~’17) - Carrying out policy studies timely for the establishment of reputation as a policy think tank in science technology information - Holding a policy study forum to analyze and share rapidly changing science technology policies and information environment - Developing a response system and analyzing current situations against urgent issues which should be handled as soon as possible (development of KISTI innovation strategy, analysis on organizational competitiveness, etc.) - Analysis on future prediction, planning and mid- & long-term development plan for the development of national science technology information infrastructure and service advancement ○ Establishment of the KISTI outcome spread system - Promoting technology transfer to small and medium businesses and fulfillment of practical skills development program - Development of the KISTI outcome spread model and outcome use guide system
