1. ‘09년 모니터링 검토결과
○ 연구원 관련 정보원천을 단순뉴스를 기준으로 도출
- 일반 포탈(portal)에는 일반인의 관심도가 높은 뉴스 위주로 노출. 국민관심도가 낮은 정책기획/입안자 중심의 정보 파악에는 어려움
→ 정책동향 모니터링의 목표 설정 명확화 필요
(뉴스에 나오지 않는 전문 정보로서, 국민 관심도는 낮으나 우리에게 중요한 공공정책정보의 모니터링.
사례: 이명박정부의 과학기술기본계획(577전략) 2010년도 시행계획(2009.11.),
’09년도 과학기술분야 중장기계획 조사 분석 결과(2009.12.), 과학기술분야 정부출연(연) 운영효율화 추진방안(안)(2009. 7.), 중소기업기술혁신 5개년계획(2009.8.))
