빅데이터 기반 사회기술 분석모델 개발

Abstract

본 연구는 2013년부터 도입된 사회문제해결형 R&D가 사전 기반없이 추진하다보니 기존 기술개발중심의 연구개발사업처럼 추진될 가능성이 상존하여 지속가능성 확보를 위한 대책이 필요한 시점에서 지속가능성 확보와 실질적 효과 정착을 위해 새로운 관점과 프로세스를 실행할 수 있는 사회·기술문제 조사·분석모델을 구축하고자 하였다. 본연구에서는 기술관련 빅데이터 모델을 통해서 사회이슈를 찾아내고, 복잡계 모델링을 통해서 시나리오 플랭닝이 가능한 체제를 구축할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 위기이슈(세월호 사건)와 수요이슈(보건의료서비스 산업)에 적용할 수 있는 사례모델을 찾아내어 실제 적용분석하였다. 이를 통해 사회문제해결형 R&D를 수행하기 위한 이슈트렌드 분석이 가능함을 확인하였다.
