Abstract

○ 공공데이터 개념 정리 및 국내외 사례 연구 - 공공데이터 및 민간 활용의 개념 설정 - 미국등 주요 선진국의 공공데이터 서비스 현황 및 활성화 지원정책 조사 ○ 미래부 산하ㆍ유관기관 보유 공공데이터 현황 분석 - 민간 활용성을 고려한 공공데이터 분류체계(7개 분야, 21개 세부분야) 마련 - 미래부 산하ㆍ유관기관 개방 공공데이터(총 800개) 현황 조사ㆍ분석 ○ 미래부 공공데이터 수요 분석 - 7,063개의 설문조사 유효데이터 확보 및 응답자의 53.1%가 향후 미래부 공공 데이터 활용의사가 있다고 응답 ○ 미래부 공공데이터 서비스 모델 및 추진 방안 수립 - 미래부 과학기술/ICT 공공데이터포털을 허브로 민간 중심의 데이터-아이디어 - 비즈니스 순환형 지식생태계의 조성 추진 - 미래부 보유 DB 800개를 대상으로 개방준비도와 수요도를 고려하여 단·중·장기 등 단계별 개방 계획 수립

Ⅳ. Results of the research ○ Analysis of public data for realizing convergent service - The concept of 'openness' is expanded for private usage and vitalization of public data. - Developed countries are opening public data in a variety of formats to reproduce and use data. - The MSIP's 800 public data are classified into 7 large groups and 21 detail groups for private usage. - It is analyzed the demands of the MSIP's public data through 7,063 valid data of the surveys. - 53.1% of respondents show their invention to use the MSIP's public data, and 42.0% of potential consumers show that the MSIP's public data is expected to be utilized primarily in new business planning. ○ Development of the public data service model for realizing convergent service - The MSIP's Science and Technology/ICT Public Data Portal will lead a Data-Idea-Business cyclic ecological system based on private sectors. - Depending on the open readiness and the demands, the MSIP's 800 databases will be opened in stepwise ways. - 5 years are necessary for the public data service model, and the stepwise execution is proposed: the first step (Establishing the infrastructure and planning the service) and the second step (Advancing the system and expanding the scope of the service).
