국내 학술지 국제화를 위한 전주기적 모델 구축 (1차년도)

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 취약한 국내 학술지의 출판유통환경을 국제 수준으로 제고함으로써 국내 학술지의 가치를 극대화함과 아울러 해외 출판사로의 잠식을 방지하기 위하여, 학술 논문의 투고, 심사, 편집, 유통, 확산에 이르는 전주기적 학술지 출판 모델 및 플랫폼 개발을 수행하였으며, 연구내용 및 주요성과는 다음과 같다. ○ 학술지 출판 모델 수립 -11개 해외 선진 학술지 출판 모델 벤치마킹 -한국형 학술지 국제화 출판 모델 설계 및 가이드북 발간 -시범 학술지 대상 워크숍 및 공개 세미나 개최 ○ 학술지 출판 시스템 개발 -반응형 웹 디자인을 반영한 학술지 출판 플랫폼 프로토타입 개발 -시범 학술지 선정 및 적용 ○ 국제 학술지 시범 출판 -정보과학분야 영문 학술지 창간 및 4회 20편 발간 -창간 기념 세미나 개최 -국제적 오픈액세스 학술지 사이트인 DOAJ 등재

Ⅳ. Result of the study (1) Establishing a journal publishing model ○ Bench-marked from eleven advanced journal publishing models ○ Designed an international journal publishing model(K'PubS/Model) accustomed to Korean situation and published guide books on international journal publishing (2) Development of a journal publishing platform ○ Developed a prototype of journal publishing platform(K'PubS/Platform) using interactive web technology ○ Loading data of eleven Korean journals up to the platform (3) Trial publication of an international journal ○ Held a launching seminar and first international editors meeting ○ Published a journal on information science(K'PubS/JISTaP) quarterly with 21 articles and indexed to DOAJ
