중소기업 R&D 서비스 지원체제 구축 및 연구

Abstract

1. 본 연구의 목표는 국내 중소기업 성장지원을 위한 ‘연구개발서비스 지원 모델’과 ‘지원 프로그램 및 운영방안’을 개발하는 것임 2. 연구개발서비스업 관련사례와 동향을 분석하였고, KIBS를 중심으로 연구개발서비스업의 중요성과 핵심성공요인에 대한 문헌조사를 수행하였음 3. 서비스 핵심 공급자인 연구개발지원업체 6개를 대상으로 인터뷰를 수행하여 정책 니즈를 도출하였으며, 서비스 핵심 고객인 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 연구개발지원서비스에 대한 니즈를 분석하였음 4. 결과를 종합하여 KISTI의 중소기업 연구개발서비스 지원 전략을 수립, 이에 따라 KISTI의 중소기업 연구개발서비스 지원 프로그램(연구개발지원업 역량강화, 연구개발지원업 생태계 기반구축, 연구개발지원업 중소기업 지원, 연구개발서비스 정보 인프라 고도화)과 운영방안을 제시하였음 5. 마지막으로 제안된 프로그램의 효과적 제공을 위한 중소기업 성장단계별 운영전략을 제시하고 KISTI 중소기업 연구개발 지원서비스의 중장기 로드맵을 제시하였음

Ⅲ. Content and Result of the study 1. Research on Cases and Environment of R&D Service ◦ As Knowledge-Intensive Based Services, Foreign development country has established policy for fostering R&D service. ◦ Former Studies focus on KIBS as core competency for innovation capabilities, and excellent HR, utilizing IT, communication through customer, sustainable learning culture are KSF. 2. Establishment of Strategy of R&D Services for supporting SMEs ○ SWOT analysis for development of Strategy of KISTI ○ Analysis of Program and Policy for supporting SMEs, Portfolio Analysis regards to growth stage and innovation process 3. Development R&D Service Model ○ Analysis of R&D Service Needs, Using Status of quo, Limit ○ Specific Needs and Characteristics are analyzed through Online Survey and offline Interview
