III. 연구개발의 범위 및 내용 ○ 신규 유망기술 탐지 체계 개발 - 기존에 KISTI에서 활용(2005년~2011년)한 계량분석 기반 유망기술 도출 방법론의 유효성을 검토하고, 개선 방향을 제시 ○ 유망기술 포착 종합분석 툴킷(tool-kit) 개발 - 기술의 실제 발전 궤적과 비교하여 어떠한 지표가 유망성을 판단하는데에 ‘선행성’ 내지는 ‘후행성’을 갖는지 확인 ○ 유망성 변동 모니터링 체계 설계 및 시험분석 - 유망영역의 변동을 지속적으로 모니터링하기 위한 방법론 설계

Content and scope of the study ○ Development of system for detecting new emerging technologies - Evaluating and improving the existing methodology to explore emerging technologies based on the quantitative analysis, which has been used in KISTI ○ Development of the tool-kit for comprehensive analysis to capture the emerging technologies - Evaluating validity of indicators for emerging technologies comparing to the life cycle of specific technology ○ Design of the system for monitoring the trends of the selected technologies.
