EA기반 정보자원관리 체제 구축

Abstract

본 연구는 정보자원종합관리체계 구현 및 활용을 통해 정보자원 정보를 현행화하고, 정보자원관리활용체계의 정착과 관련 지침과 절차를 정비하고, 그린&스마트IT 전략과 이행과제를 수립하며, 기관미션, 비전에 따른 전략, 정책의 유기적인 연관성을 확립한 성과중심의 책임경영체제를 보다 효율적으로 운영 할 수 있도록 지원하는 전략경영 정보화 체제 구축, 지식공유 및 협업을 지원하는 지식관리시스템 구축, 그리고 정보자원에 대한 정보보안 관리체제 수립ㆍ운영으로 안전한 국가 과학기술정보서비스 인프라를 구축하기 위해 다음과 같이 수행하였음. 1. 정보자원종합관리체계 구현 및 활용 - 정보자원 정보 현행화 및 확충 - EA 기반 정보자원관리·활용체계 정착 - 정보자원관리·활용에 관한 지침과 절차 정비 - 그린&스마트 IT 전략 수립 및 이행과제 도출 2. 정보보안 관리체제 정착화 - 정보보안 및 개인 정보보호 관리체계 재정립 - 정보보안 및 개인정보보호 인프라 구축 - 보안업무를 프로세스화하여 증적관리 체제 구축 3. 전략경영정보 관리 및 활용 - 신속한 의사결정 및 책임경영 정보화환경 효율화 및 고도화 - 다양한 관점의 기능 제공을 통한 데이터 분석ㆍ활용성 제고 - 정기, 수시 알림, 경보 등을 통한 주요 현황 정보의 유용성 증대 4. 지식정보 관리 및 활용 체제 구축 - 지식공유 및 협업을 지원하는 지식관리시스템 구축 - 지식관리 중장기 발전계획 수립 및 제도 개선

A. Comprehensive Information Resources Management System implementation and utilization ◦ Expansion and modernization architecture of information resources & information sysytem - For the reflect of organizational restructuring to change business architecture, and improving the accuracy of the established architecture, to reenforce security architecture based on the complementary security, to register EA information of '11 IT services business. ◦ EA-based information resource management and utilization system to settle - Information Resources in the MIS to be viewed correctly in the information resources management system, it can view website information, it enhances statistic information as the policy data, it develops information resources system of personal responsibility and information resources maintenance system. ◦ Maintenance guidelines and procedures on the use of the Information resources management and utilization - Complement guidelines of Information system, Information Resources, EA management, Homepage management regulations and guidelines, related to complement the new system to fit, the business process of information operation and Management derive to prepare the next generation system, information service guide conduct to establishing a convenient way to perform tasks supporting information. ◦ Green & Smart IT strategy formulation and implementation challenge derive - Green & Smart IT strategy to establish ISP promote Green IT and smart IT in the next KISTI related initiatives in driving the direction and plan. Establishment of Information Security Management System in KISTI ◦ Establishment of information security management system - Establishment • enforcement of the specific management plan from detail guideline to mid/long-term plan - Running the comprehensive security working TFT of KRCF - Enhancing the education reflecting employees' s speciality - Establishing cyber-security control center; making the process of security works ◦ Establishment of personal information security management system - Reinforcement of infra construction to observe the law of personal information protection - Reinforcement of education and inspection to prevent personal information leakage - Re-establishment of year-work-implementation-plan for personal information protection, and assign and run of the part personal information protectioner/handler - Enacting and observing 'personal information management guideline' and 'KISTI personal information guidelines' - Reinforcement of inspection for technical treatment and personal information leakage for each family website - Providing DRM and secure USB system C.
