Abstract

○ 선도정책 연구 및 미래대응 전략 개발 - 국가 과학기술정보화 정책 • 지식정보인프라 정책의 방향성 추적을 통해 연구원 차원의 대응전략 수립 지원 - 객관적 시각에서의 KISTI 발전방향 제시를 위해 외부 전문가 자문체계 구축 및 발전전략포럼 운영 - 급격한 연구 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해 구조조정을 통해 확보한 재원(약 85억 원)을 모험·창의 연구과제에 지원 - 정부의 연구개발 서비스업 추진정책에 대한 지속적 모니터링 및 대응 전략 수립 - KISTI 세부사업 단위별로 경제적 기대 효과 산출을 위한 성과분석 모델 개발 ○ 합리적 연구사업 기획 및 성과 평가 대응 - 기관의 대표성과 도출 및 타 기관 성과 분석을 통해 기관평가 대응 전략 수립 - 대내외 환경 분석 및 기관 연구사업 발전 방향 재정립을 통해 제5기 기관장 경영목표 수립 - 고객 관점에서의 업무 프로세스 표준화 및 서비스 이행 표준 체계 구축을 통해 고객 만족도 제고 - STRM을 기반으로 경영목표 달성을 위한 2012년 주요사업 대과제 및 세부고제 기획안 수립
