전력 IT분야의 유망 사업화아이템발굴을 위한 글로벌 인프라맵 구축

Abstract

국내외 전력 IT 분야의 유망 사업화 아이템 발굴을 위한 글로벌 인프라 맵 구축이 시급한 것으로 파악되고 있다. 전력 IT 분야의 경우, IT의 적용 범위가 넓고 다양하여 발굴 가능한 사업화 아이템의 '高부가가치화'를 기대할 수 있으며, 전력 IT 분야의 유망 '기술-전문가-관련 문헌-사업화 아이템-기관' 형태의 글로벌 인프라맵을 구축함으로써, 관련 정보분석 단계의 부가적인 소모를 줄이고 최적의 전력 IT 시스템을 공급하는 데 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 KISTI, 국내외 기관, 전력 IT 산업체 그리고 전문가 그룹 간의 체계적이고 전략적인 개방형 혁신 플랫폼(open innovation platform)이 요구되는 현 단계에 있어, 양방향 의사소통 및 신개념 아이디어 도출의 기반이 될 수 있다. 본 모험·창의 연구과제 수행 결과는 KISTI 정보분석본부가 현재 수행중인 기반사업(유망사업화 아이템 발굴·지원 사업, 글로벌 기술 사업화 KISTI-UT@Austin AIC program)의 참고·분석자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 동시에 사업화-수요자 간의 정보 유통, 표준 및 분석을 통해 중복 투자를 줄이고, 차세대 전력 IT 분야 아이템 발굴 및 정책을 수립하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

○ In-advance investigation for exploitation of promising commercialization items in electric power IT industry - Establishment of infra-map for stablility and protection of electric power IT market - Retrieval of patents and papers and monitoring of electric power IT market trends - Research of highly-value added items in electric power IT market - Counseling of relevant technology experts and reflection of their opinions ○ Building nation-to-nation cooperation system based on establishing electric power IT infra-map - Building cooperation system through extension to 'Global Digital Electric Superhighway' from the concept of mega convergent platforms in EPRI in the U.S. ○ Determination of open resource level in sharing technology information in electric power IT field ○ Proposing 'Smart Engery-efficient System' to adjust the usage of electric power and improve energy efficiency on the end-user side of electric power IT field
