Abstract

○ 선도 정책 연구 및 미래대응 전략 개발 - 선진국 프로그램 베스트 프렉티스 연구를 통해 대형 미래 전략 과제 도출 - 국가 과학기술정보화 정책/지식정보인프라 정책의 방향성 추적을 통해 연구원 차원의 대응 전략 수립 지원 - KISTI 경영진과 외부 전문가로 구성된 발전전략포럼을 운영하여 객관적 시각에 근거한 KISTI 발전방안 제시 - 모험·창의 과제를 3개 분야로 확대 설정하여 창조적인 아이디어 도출 및 본부 간 융 복합 연구 기반 마련 ○ 합리적 연구사업 기획 및 성과평가 대응 - 기 수립된 기관의 발전 목표의 이행 여부 및 점검을 통해 연구 사업의 방향성, 수행체계, 성과 등이 일관성 있게 추진되고 있는지를 점검 - 고객 관점에서의 연구사업 및 서비스 수행 전략 점검을 통해 고객 만족도 제고 - STRM을 적용하여 기관의 임무와 목표에 부합하는 2011년 주요사업 대과제 및 세부과제 기획안 수립

○ Research on the information policy and development of future response strategy - Study on the major STI programme by leading institutions based on '2009 leading institute benchmarking' results - Prompt responses by monitoring to plans, executions from branches of the government, government-funded research institutes and national R&D promotion agencies - Planning and management of 2010 adventurous·creative R&D programs for establishing adventurous·creative R&D system - Doing an in-depth analysis about KISTI STI service advancement issues ○ Planning effective R&D programme and coping with institute evaluation - Executing KISTI monitoring thorough checking consistency among mid-term development strategy, outcome goals report and annual R&D planning - Improving customer satisfaction by establishing action plan for quality assurance, service satisfaction and KISTI image enhancement - Establishing management basis for KISTI vision, roles and positioning strategy by developing STRM that can be applied to KISTI R&D projects
