Abstract

O 정보자원 및 분석친화형 데이터베이스 개발 - 정보자원 소개 - 분석친화형 데이터베이스 구축: RAW DATA 분석, RAW DATA 파싱, SQL*Loader를 이용한 로딩, 다운로드 가속기 개발 - 분석용 데이터베이스 구축: MVIEW 구성에 따른 빠른 분석 수행, 연구테마 분석을 위한 특성 값 로딩, 데이터 정제, 색인 O 연구개발 조기경보지표 및 프로토타입 시스템 설계 - 기존의 논문/특허 데이터를 이용한 연구자료를 조사분석한 이후 조기경보(예보)의 성격을 갖는 지표를 선정하고 이를 프로토타입 시스템에 구현하였으며 구현한 지표는 다음의 6가지 모듈로 구성됨 - 협력네트워크 분석 모듈, 연구활동 분석 모듈, 국가수준 분석 모듈, 이슈 분석 모듈, 연구테마 분석 모듈, 사용자 검색에 의한 데이터집합 생성 모듈 O 연구개발 조기경보를 위한 정보 검색법 및 정보분석 표준 개발 - 학술정보 검색법: Web of Science, Engineering Village - 특허정보 검색법: esp@cent(R), 일본특허청 특허전자도서관 - 정보분석 보고서 동향조사 및 작성 표준 개발 O 연구개발 조기경보 체제 구축을 위한 사전 연구 - R&D 기회·위협요인 분석 수요조사 - 조사 대상: 정부출연(연), 대학, 기업 등 소속 연구소 및 전문가 집단 중 국가연구개발사업 참여자 약 3만명, 조사응답자: 522명(심층면접 대상 전문가 16명 포함) - 조사방법: 설문조사(정보수요자 대상), 심층면접조사(전문가집단 대상) - 주요조사 항목: 신기술 탐색, 연구기획 관련 기존의 정보원별 선호 현황(useful sources referred), 조기경보관련 기존정보 이용실태, 조기경보서비스 관련 인지도/중요도/필요성(업종별, 소속별, 용도별 등), 주요용도별 잠재수요(latent demand) 측정 - 비정형 R&D 데이터 수집용 웹 크롤러 모델 연구 - 웹 크롤러의 목적은 가능한 많은 유용한 웹 페이지를 페이지와 연결된 페이지들과 함께 빠르고 효과적으로 모으는 것임. - 웹 상에 흩어져 있는 비정형 R&D 데이터를 수집하기 위한 웹 크롤러 모델 연구 - 웹 크롤러의 기본 자질, 웹 크롤러의 기본 구조 및 역할, URL 관리자, DNS Resolution, 내용 유일성 검사기, URL 필터 / 정규화 / 중복제거, 페이지 랭크, 병렬 웹 크롤러, 시맨틱 웹 크롤링, 논문 및 특허 자료의 수집
