□ 국가아젠다형 협동연구 프로그램의 발굴 및 기획
○ 국가 현안 및 미래사회적 문제를 해결할 수 있으며, 기초원천분야 및 기관 고유 미션에 부합되는 국가 아젠다(National Agenda : NA)를 발굴하여 중장기(3~10년) 산학연 협동연구 프로그램(National Agenda Program : NAP)으로 기획 추진
○ 출연(연)이 향후 실질적인 국가연구소로 발전·전환하기 위해, 기관별 중점연구영역과 부합하고 NA에 대응하는 NAP를 발굴·기획
□ 기술정보분석방법론을 활용한「STRM 기획 프로그램」지원 및 이를 통한 연구기획 시스템 선진화
○ R&D정책정보 분석을 통한 국가아젠다 도출 및 Mapping
○ 연구기획 매뉴얼 개발 및 기술정보분석 지원
