- Selection of research institutes, introduction and setting up of IPv6 network systems, IPv6 network management center and it's operation
2)IPv6 Service Development of institutes
Develop unique IPv6 services of research institutes in order to make the domestic IPv6 network effective
3)Support IPv6 consulting for IPv6 network transition
Provide technical supporting and network transition consulting to research institutes which are willing to adopt IPv6
