정보화 전략개발 및 지원

Abstract

본 연구는 정부의 EA 강화 정책 부응과 유사기관과의 상대적 EA 격차 해소, EA기반의 기관 정보화전략 수립과 함께 경영정보 중심의 전략경영정보화 청사진을 확보하여 KISTI 전략경영지원 정보화를 체계화 효율화 하고, 정보시스템 인프라의 구축과 안정적 운영을 통하여 체계화 된 정보서비스를 제공하고자 다음과 같이 수행 하였음. 1. EA기반의 정보화 전략 개발 및 정보자원 관리체계 구축 - KISTI 경영부문 정보화전략계획(ISP) 수립 - 정보시스템 개발 기술용역의 타당성 검토 등 IT 거버넌스 수립 운영 - (신규추가 사업) EA 추진기반 구축 2. BSC 전략경영시스템 기반의 성과 창출형 관리체계 구축 - 조직(팀 단위 이상) 성과관리체제 시범 운영 및 개인실적 관리* * 개인의 업무실적 입력 관리 활용지원 - 성과측정 결과의 평가 활용 등 평가제도에 반영 - 개인실적관리와 조직성과관리 시스템간 연계 - (신규 추가사업) 실시간 KISTI 서비스 모니터링 체제 구축 3. 정보유통시스템 운영 및 지원 - 정보유통시스템의 안정적 운영 - 기본 및 수탁사업 수행을 위한 정보시스템 지원 - 사업 수행에 필요한 정보시스템 자원 증설 - 원내 연구지원자원(PC 및 OA장비) 통합관리 - 원격지 재난 복구시스템 구축 준비

A. Setup of EA-based Information Strategy Development and Information Resources Management System - Setup of KISTI's management-specific Information Strategy Planning (ISP) - Setup and operation of IT governance including validity review of technical services on information system development - Setup of EA driving base and management-specific EA architecture - Development of EA Management System (EAMS) for effective management of architecture B. Setup of high performance management system based on BSC strategic management system - Demonstrativeoperation of organizational (team unit or higher) performance management system and management of personal performance* * Support for input, control and use of personal task performance - Incorporation of performance measurement results into the evaluation system - Interconnection of personal results management system with organizational performance management system - Setup of a real time KISTI service monitoring system (for new additional projects) C. Operation and Support of Information Distribution System - Reliable operation of information distribution system (including upgrading, security and backup) - Support of Information system for basic and commissioned projects (system resources allocation, troubleshooting, software development environment support, database building support, information consulting support and support of information system for small public institutions) - Extensions of information system resources required for project execution - Integrated inhouse management of research supporting resources (PC and OA equipment included) - Gearing up for setting up a disaster recovery system for remote site
