본 연구는 O(N) 스케일을 갖는 병렬 Sparse Matrix Solver 라이브러리를 개발하여 나노과학 전사모사에 연구에 응용하는 것이다. 구체적으로 적용할 응용모델은 나노과학응용분야에서 많이 사용되고 있는 Monte Carlo 알고리즘을 이용한 거대자기저항재료에 적용할 것이다. 산재행렬의 특성을 이용한 Polynomial을 이용한 효율적인 수학라이브러리를 개발하는 것이다.

1) Develop a general purpose particle-based simulation program
(1) Develop serial code
○ Support MD, BD, DPD, NEMD
○ Support NVE, NVT, NPT ensembles using MTK method
○ Support Verlet neighbor list and cell linked list
○ Support implicit solvent model
○ Support RDF, TCF, pressure profile calculations
○ Support atom decomposition and spatial decomposition for parallelization
(2) Develop parallel code
○ Optimize the developed codes under the IBM system
○ Parallelize the developed codes by using MPI library
2) Academic study
○ Study biopolymer behavior under microchannel flow
