1. 연구의 추진배경
- 21세기 들어, 혁신주도의 지식기반 경제체제의 대두와 함께, 세계 경제의 통합가속화에 따른 글로벌 아웃소싱의 급증, 주변국가 경제의 급속한 발전에 따른 무역구조및 국내 생산구조의 변화, 정보화의 급진전 등으로 중소기업의 둘러싼 대내외적 환경이 급격히 변화하고 있음.
- 기술혁신 역량이 부족한 대부분의 중소기업은 급격한 환경변화에 대응하지 못하고 생산성 및 수익성이 둔화되는 등 경쟁력이 약화되고 있으며, 이에 따라 대.중소기업간 성장격차가 확대되고 있음.
