국가 전지구관측시스템 구축방안

Abstract

국내외 기 구축 지구관측 시스템 간의 연계성을 높이고, 지구관측 자료 공유를 통해 자료의 활용도를 증대시키는 데 필요한 ‘국가 전지구관측시스템(GEOSS) 구축’에 관한 정책개발 및 기술구현 전략개발을 목적으로 하여 다음의 세 가지 목표를 달성함. ■ 목표 1: 국내 지구관측 자료 공유를 위한 메타테이터 표준화 전략개발 · GEOSS 9개 사회편익분야 국내 지구관측 자료 현황 조사·분석 · 지구관측 자료 메타데이터 국제표준의 구성 항목 조사·분석 · 국가 GEOSS 메타데이터 표준화 전략 기획 ■ 목표 2: 국내 지구관측시스템 통합 운영을 위한 GEOSS 구조설계 전략개발 · 선진국 GEOSS 구축사례 조사 및 정책 분석 · 지구관측 자료 공유 네트워크 구축을 위한 핵심 기술 조사·분석 · 국가 GEOSS 구조설계 전략 기획 ■ 목표 3: 국가 GEOSS 통합운영센터 설립을 위한 정책개발 · 국가 GEOSS 통합운영센터 발전 모델 도출 · 국가 GEOSS 통합운영센터 설립 법제도 개선 방안 수립 · 국가 GEOSS 통합운영센터 기반구축 사업 추진 전략 수립
